Berkeley Hall is an award-winning, member-owned and operated private golf community that sets the standard for all private golf communities. Members and their guests can enjoy the highest level of service and quality with access to world-class facilities, not found in any other private gated community in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. The Club is in strong financial condition with no debt and a large capital reserve.
 

1. Equity Membership
    

   • Property Ownership includes full equity membership whether purchasing a cottage, Carolina Lifestyle home, Estate home or undeveloped home site. Home prices start in the low $300s with an initiation fee of $20,000 and annual dues of $18,200.
      

   • Non-Property Owner Memberships are available for those who prefer to have an equity interest in the club with voting privileges but do not want to own property in Berkeley Hall.
      

2. Non-Equity Membership
    

   • National Membership requires the applicants' primary residence be beyond 75 miles of the Club. Membership includes the Heads of Household and everyone under the age of 25 years.

     • Family membership includes 75 days of golf per year

     • Plus Participation in All Club tournaments

     • Plus Summer Reciprocal Program {May 30-September 1}

       • Members can play other Clubs in the program including Long Cove, Wexford, Colleton River, Oldfield, Belfair, Secession CC, Chechessie Creek, The Club at Indigo Run, Old Tabby Links, Sea Pines Country Club and Haig Point.

     • Unlimited use of all facilities including:

       • An Award-Winning 30-Acre Golf Practice and Learning Facility

       • Spa & Fitness Center

       • River Park

       • Clubhouse

       • Dining and Social Events

     • Discounted green fees for extended family members {mother, father, brother, sister, aunts & uncles}

     • Full Guest Privileges with No Minimum Spending Requirements

     • An Initiation Fee of $5,000 has been waived for a limited time

     • 2018 Annual Dues: $6,935 (billed semi-annually)

   • Individual Memberships are also available.
